Hi there! I’m Jacqueline Moore, and after having a couple of kids I gained A LOT of weight. I was miserable but didn’t have the time or energy to work out and get fit, no matter how much I wanted it.
But then something amazing happened: I discovered my true passion in life – helping other people achieve their fitness goals!
I’m a big believer in biohacking – which is the practice of using technology and science to improve your biological functions.
This can include anything from improving your diet and exercise habits to using devices and supplements to enhance your physical and mental abilities.
But the best biohacking results come from being well-informed and cautious about what works for your body. That’s what I built this website for – to help you make the best decisions about your health.
