Lean Belly Breakthrough Review

The story of Lean Belly Breakthrough is quite extraordinary. It features a dramatic medical emergency at 35,000 feet, brilliant European doctors, and a life-saving miracle weight loss program that can melt away 1 pound of body fat every day. But let’s start at the beginning.

Now, Bruce has in-laws named Dan and Sylvie. He’s very fond of them, but they have a lot of health problems due to being overweight.

Dan, in particular, suffers from heart disease. While flying to Germany with his wife to visit relatives, Dan suffers a major heart attack on the plane and almost dies.

In Germany, Dan is told by the doctors that he has to lose at least 30 pounds of belly fat or he won’t live much longer.

Enter Dr. Heinrick, who tells Dan about a new weight loss program he’s been working on. It doesn’t involve counting calories, strenuous exercises, or diet pills.

And yet it can induce rapid weight loss—especially from the belly area—at the rate of one pound a day.

Dan and Sylvie both decide to follow Dr. Heinrick’s program and are absolutely amazed by the results. Dan excitedly calls his son-in-law Bruce to tell him that he just lost 9 pounds in 3 days! He feels like a new man.

Stunned, Bruce doesn’t know what to say, but he’s skeptical to say the least. Nevertheless, he examines the program for himself and puts some of his heavier clients on the new regimen. Incredibly, every single one of them loses weight!

Inspired by how effective this program is, Bruce Krahn decides to write a book about it. The result is Lean Belly Breakthrough, a systematic blueprint for getting rid of dangerous belly fat, which is the #1 cause of many health problems, including heart disease, diabetes, and arthritis.

The rest, as they say, is history. There’s a lot more to this story, though. How does Lean Belly Breakthrough work? What are its secrets? To find out more details, please watch this video put together by Bruce Krahn.

Are You Gaining Weight for No Apparent Reason?

It’s a common story, and one that Dr. Heinrick used to hear all the time. “I exercise, Doctor, and I eat foods that are supposed to be healthy. But I can’t lose a pound of fat. In fact, I’m gaining weight. What should I do?”

These desperate pleas motivated Dr. Heinrick to discover exactly why his patients continued to gain weight despite doing all the “right things.”

Cellular Inflammation

After extensive study, he found out that many people in Western cultures suffer from hidden internal irritation, or inflammation.

Inflammation causes fat to accumulate around the abdominal area, and even more dangerously, inside the arteries.

This invisible inflammation also damages hormonal systems and the metabolism, throwing everything out-of-whack. The result is excessive stress upon our bodies. And stress releases a hormone that is bad for us, called cortisol.

Cortisol damages our muscles and raises our blood sugar levels. It adds more fat to our belly area, which in turn creates more stress, which creates more cortisol….

It’s a downward, vicious cycle that leads to heart disease, diabetes, arthritis, and other dangerous health conditions that are pervasive throughout Western culture.

But Dr. Heinrick and his research team discovered a way to reverse the problem of hidden inflammation. The answer was a very specific combination of foods, vitamins, minerals, and herbs that work to reduce body fat very quickly.

These ingredients also stimulate a powerful hormone in the body that strengthens blood flow. This opens up the arteries and washes away years up built-up plaque that causes heart disease.

Dr. Heinrick and his team tested this new health program on men and women of all ages. Every single one of them lost at least 10% of body fat within the first two weeks alone!

All because of some very simple methods that you can do yourself by following the instructions in Lean Belly Breakthrough.

The author, Bruce Krahn, has been amazed and humbled by how many lives have literally been saved by this unique weight-loss program.

Why Haven’t You Heard of This Method From Your Doctor?

Why don’t you already know about this powerful and unique program? Because Western medicine is based upon the use of pharmaceuticals. In other words, the big drug companies run everything.

Listen to this incredible statistic: The combined profits of the 10 drug companies in the Fortune 500 are more than the combined profits of the other 490 companies. Shocking but absolutely true.

Big Pharma

These companies are called “Big Pharma” and they’ve become a major marketing machine to sell drugs of dubious benefit.

The wealth and power of Big Pharma co-opts every institution that stands in its way, including the FDA, Congress, academic research centers, and even the medical profession itself!

The Lean Belly Breakthrough method does not involve pharmaceutical drugs. It is all-natural, which means that it’s not even on the radar of the vast majority of Western-style doctors, who are taught to prescribe drugs first and foremost.

alternative medicine

Germany is different though. All German doctors are trained in alternative medicine, and over a third of the population uses some form of what they call Complementary Medicine. So it’s no wonder that Dr. Heinrick, the person responsible for the incredible weight-loss program you’re now reading about, is German.

It’s almost inconceivable that any North American doctor would recommend the methods in Lean Belly Breakthrough. The whole industry is set up to oppose all-natural methods, no matter how well they work.

herbal medicine

The good news is that people are slowly learning about the incredible benefits of alternative medicine. They’re realizing that Big Pharma cares more about profits than health.

And more and more people are willing to try the kind of methods outlined in Lean Belly Breakthrough.

If you’ve struggled to lose that stubborn belly fat and are worried about your health, then you owe it to yourself to at least give Lean Belly Breakthrough a try.

Remember, there’s an ironclad 60-day money-back guarantee that comes with the program. But you must purchase it through the official website to be eligible.

Why Walking Is Better Exercise Than Running

Lean Belly Breakthrough is a fantastic way to quickly lose weight and turn your life around. But there’s no question that exercise is a vitally important part of a healthy lifestyle. The good news is that one of the best exercises you can do is also the simplest: Walking.

We are going down a gear from the jogging movement and rediscovering our old identity as a nation of walkers. It may sound pedestrian, but it is doing us good, and there are sound medical reasons.

jogging injury

For a start, joggers, particularly the hitherto unfit or overweight who go at the fad like a bull at a gate, have found their limbs complaining at the unnatural exercise. While muscle tone may have improved, the hips, knee-joints and ankles, are prone to suffer from the jarring.

More positively, walking has reasserted itself because it is the kind of exercise which does not have to be taken neat; that is to say, the rest of life does not have to be suspended while the walk is being walked.

These may all be established truisms, yet the number of people who count walking as a regular activity is on the increase. This includes all those who regularly go for a walk of two miles or more in the course of a week. At the same time, the number who jog is reckoned to have decreased by about 20 percent.

walking for exercise

Moderate, as opposed to long-distance walking, is sparing with the stress it places on the body. While each running step subjects the joints to a pressure between three and five times the body weight, each walking step places a load of only one-and-a-half times that weight. Moreover, some recent studies suggest that the aerobic training to be had from walking can be as good as that from running.

Dr. Hugh Bethell, director of cardiac rehabilitation for the Basingstoke District in Hampshire, is a staunch advocate, but he cautions that “strolling ain’t no good. Basically, it has to be a good brisk walk if you are going to get any noticeable benefits.”

moderate walking

He maintains that these benefits are threefold. First, walking can indeed enhance aerobic power, or the ability to take dynamic exercise of the kind that requires oxygen; it improves measurable fitness by raising the body’s capacity to use up oxygen. Second, it is of proven help to those who have problems in weight control, and third, it is an aid to the retention of mobility and muscle tone.

“The trend away from jogging and towards walking is definitely to be encouraged,” Dr. Bethell says. “For a start, you are less likely to cause yourself physical injury and, therefore, more likely to be able to carry on with that form of exercise. If you have not been particularly active in the past, it will not make you so short of breath that it puts you off.

“It is particularly good for middle-aged, post-menopausal women because it offers protection against osteoporosis (thinning of the bones). And, as a general rule, it lessens muscular atrophy, stiffness of the joints, and diseases connected with obesity, such as diabetes.”

Dr. Bethell ensures that his coronary patients walk two miles, four times a week, and that the period for that exercise is about half an hour. The aim is to extend the heart rate gently. He uses the formula of subtracting the age of the patient from the number 170. This gives a target figure, equal to 70 percent of the maximum heart rate.

Walking longer distances, of between 10 and 20 miles, is also a growth pursuit, and is explained in part by the growing number of ambitious routes designated as continuous footpaths by the Countryside Commission. Apart from the obvious physical benefits of spending whole days on the hoof, there is the less well-known but increasingly recognized value of walking as mental therapy.

JB Priestly

Committed country walkers have known about this for a long time, even if few have felt the need to articulate it. A famous one, J.B. Priestley, wrote in his Journey Through England of a “skull cinema”, by which he meant a faculty of the imagination that is brought into play by the simple process of putting one foot in front of another for hours on end.

Many since have noted the mental relaxation that walking offers. One of these is Ken Ward, author of a series of walking guides. A former paratrooper, with countless hours of yomping behind him, Ward points out that there is a wrong and a right way to proceed. “The back should not be held too rigid, the arms should be allowed to swing rather than drive through the air, and the feet should roll gently from heel to toe as you go.”

This is in direct contrast to the kind of prescription for “fitness-walking”. Casey Meyers, a walking trainer for the YMCA and author of Aerobic Walking, suggests that you should keep your shoulders back, head level and chin up. The shoulders should be aligned directly above the hips, and the spine straight. His suggested pace is a stiff one—a mile every 12 minutes, or five miles per hour.

Not even Ian Botham managed that in his celebrated charity walk across the Alps in Hannibal’s footsteps last year. The expedition’s doctor, Steve Carroll, who is an expert in sports medicine, believes that walking of all kinds is an underused aid to fitness. But he warns that if you are walking long distances you should heed the warning signs of stiffness and blisters as early as possible; if you do not, the whole balance of your stride will be thrown and make you more prone to stress injury.
